Ess Jay is an internationally trained voice artist with a broadcast-quality home studio, whose work spans radio imaging, FPS games, walla/rhubarb, audiobooks, and audio drama/fiction podcasts. Her training includes creature creation, military callouts and combat efforts, corporate narration, and she is adept with polysyllabic words, script analysis, improv, and booth direction, bringing a collaborative approach to every session. She has been called a dream to work with and super directable, and brings that to every session. Academically, Ess is currently working towards her Masters in International Security focussing on the national security risks from Aotearoa New Zealand's Aerospace Industry.
