Rhys' default attitude is helpful, realistic, and always encouraging. Thanks to his great sense of humour, Rhys is fully comfortable with being the 'dad bod' guy, although he's a good deal more flexible than the average dad from his many years of practicing yoga and even teaching yoga. Rhys takes instructions well and is always happy to put in the effort for a successful outcome in any endeavour or adventure.
