Nikki is a warm and bubbly personality who gives her all to everything she does. As a mother of three, including one child with a serious disability, there’s no challenge too great for her! Throughout her life, Nikki has worn many hats: she’s been a cleaner, an international lounge host at Air New Zealand, an entrepreneur, a singer/songwriter, a children’s book author, as well as a wife, sister, and daughter. Having lived in three different countries and experienced a range of school systems— including homeschooling, which is how she now educates her own children— Nikki can relate to a wide variety of roles.
