Joyce worked as a middle school physical education teacher in Korea for 11 years. After earning a diploma in yoga from Wellpark College in Albany, Joyce dedicated 16 years to teaching yoga to both Korean and Kiwi communities in Auckland. Her teaching style was marked by passion and activity, and she was appreciated for her curiosity, brightness, cheerfulness, and excellent social skills.
